For Parties and Functions
All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Confirmation of reservation: All bookings are required to be confirmed by completing the terms and conditions confirmation, together with a non-transferable deposit of the full price of room hire. Bookings are considered as provisional until the deposit is paid and the customer has received written confirmation of their function. The remaining balance is then due 2 weeks in advance.
Confirmation of Requirements: The Customer is required to confirm their choice of mentis, drinks, table layout and number of guests no later than two weeks before the function date. Any additional charges added to your bill on the
day of your function, must be paid for in full that same day.
Responsibility of personal belongings: The customer will be responsible for any goods, belongings or equipment belonging to the customer whilst in the hotel, car park or grounds, the Hotel will not be liable for such items lost, stolen or damaged on the premises. The customer will be responsible for the safe conduct of the function and will abide by any instructions given by the authorised Hotel Representative.
Cancellation by the Customer: In the event of a function being cancelled by the customer, the intel will be entitled to make a cancellation charge appropriate to cover the losses incurred by the Hotel. The Hotel will attempt to resell the facilities in order to reduce or eliminate the cancellation charges. Cancellation of confirmed booking must be in writing and cancellation charges are liable on the following basis:
