We wish you all the happiness for your future together. The Mount Pleasant Hotel is a family-run hotel that provides a relaxed, friendly, country house atmosphere. The hotel provides a high standard of facilities and services tailored by its staff for its guests. The hotel occupies a beautiful Georgian building right in the centre of Malvern. The function suites overlook the Priory Church with direct access to the hills. Many of the bedrooms overlook a stunning view of the Malvern Priory and eastwards over the Vale of Evesham towards the Cotswolds.

How to make a booking

Please contact the hotel via email, telephone or you may visit in person.

A provisional booking can be made and will need to be confirmed within 7 days together with confirmation of agreement to these terms and conditions. After this time, unconfirmed booking will be automatically released by the hotel.

To confirm your booking a £400.00 non-refundable deposit is required.

Your final balance is to be paid 1 month prior to your wedding.

Terms and conditions

On receipt of a £400 deposit your booking is secured.

On payment of the deposit an indication of the approx numbers attending will be required.

Final numbers, menu choices, drink requirements and table layout are required 1 month before the event.

Any cancellations must be forwarded by recorded delivery.

The hotel is entitled to retain your deposit in full.

Full payment must be received 1 month prior to the date of the event.

Any additional charges added to your bill on the day of the event must be paid in full on the same day.

The customer will be responsible for any goods, belongings or equipment belonging to the customer whilst in the hotel, carpark or grounds.

The hotel will not be liable for such items, lost, stolen or damaged on the premises.

The customer is responsible for the safe conduct of the function and will abide by any instructions given by the authorized hotel representative.

In the event of the function being cancelled by the customer, the hotel will be entitled to make an additional cancellation charge appropriate to cover losses incurred by the hotel.


You are welcome to provide your own DJ and we recommend that they play in the Drawing room. The DJ will need to provide an insurance certificate and proof that their equipment is PAT tested. All music will need to be turned off at 11.30pm.

Resident DJ/Disco

Our in-house DJ is arranged for hire for our guests at a special negotiated rate of  £275.00 for the evening. This will be from 7pm- 11.30pm.
